Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the aitabswitch.com website, optional accounts, and the AI Tab Switch browser extension (together, the “service”), operated by the operator of aitabswitch.com. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
AI Tab Switch is a radar for AI chat tabs you have open in your browser: it detects each tab’s status, notifies you, and can stage or queue prompts and perform small assists (such as clicking a provider’s “Continue” button) that you configure. The extension runs locally in your browser; an account is only needed if you want to sync presets through the website.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to disrupt or overload the service or other people’s use of it, or to attempt to access data that is not yours. Do not misrepresent the extension or redistribute it as your own.
Third-party AI services
The extension observes and interacts with third-party AI products (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) inside your browser, on your instruction. Those products belong to their providers, have their own terms, and are not affiliated with us. Automations you enable — queued prompts, auto-continue, and similar — act on your behalf; you remain responsible for what is sent to those services from your browser and for complying with their terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Status detection is heuristic and can be wrong or become outdated when third-party interfaces change; notifications can be missed. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health — and mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always published here with its date; material changes will be announced on the site. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
Final provisions
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in effect. For questions about these terms, use the contact form.
